Forest Vessel

A ceramic sculpture exploring organic form, texture, and transformation through flowing contours and natural surface variation. The piece was first wheel-thrown, then altered and shaped by hand, allowing the form to evolve intuitively into a more sculptural and organic presence.Inspired by textures and patterns found in nature, Forest Vessel balances structure and spontaneity through asymmetrical curves, carved surfaces, and earthy tonal transitions. The flowing form invites closer observation, while subtle variations in glaze and texture create a quiet sense of depth and movement.
