Split Form

A pair of clay vessels created from a single wheel-thrown form that was later altered, shaped, and intentionally divided by hand through the centre. While connected by a shared origin, each piece stands independently, creating a quiet dialogue between separation and unity.Soft flowing contours and subtle surface variations give the forms an organic and sculptural presence. The glaze enhances the relationship between the two vessels and the negative space between them, emphasising balance, movement, and connection through simplicity of form.
