Mended Vessel explores fragility, endurance, and transformation through a form that appears both broken and preserved. The vessel carries visible fractures, scorched markings, and fine crackled textures that reveal the physical memory of heat and process.Rather than concealing imperfection, the work allows each split, seam, and darkened edge to remain visible — transforming damage into part of the vessel’s identity. The central opening and fractured surface evoke the feeling of an unearthed object shaped by time, fire, and survival.Soft earth tones contrast with smoky black traces and subtle surface variations, creating a quiet tension between delicacy and strength.
